Monday January 23rd~

 The challenge of every Monday is to maintain the 
same vitality in each and every day of the week...

January is just about over, pretty soon 2023 in already old.

 I don't mind because 2023 brought my parents to Florida 🌴. 

 Though it's just for a short time I am loving every minute 

spent with them.  Making it all count every day🌴

I look forward to seeing them as much as possible while they are here.

They have already been here a week today.  Boy did that 

week fly by.  Looking at the bright side, I still have time in Florida

 with them.  Many don't have this and for that I am grateful.

Wishing everyone a good week.  If we're lucky we will have 

some friends visit this week.  Definitely a great week awaits us.

Wednesday September 7th ~

 No one is perfect, that's why pencils have erasers...

I miss this little dude already and can't wait to see his 

little face and to pick him up.  I love my Sniff more and more 

with each passing day, and I really am not liking the idea 

of leaving him home alone.  Even for a couple of days.

Homewards bound and could not be any happier.  Have a great day all.

At the end of the day, if I can say 

I had fun, it was a good day...

Friday February 25th ~

 If you're always trying to be normal you 

will never know how amazing you can be...

I finally caught the squirrel in the act.  In more ways 

than one, but now I know for sure it's the two of them eating 

up all the bird food.  I knew it before, but now I saw them. 

 Arvid this time was a little more lenient towards them that

 I wanted to be.  He said, "they also have to eat."  True.

Another cold and icy day awaits us her, but hopefully by

 tomorrow we will be seeing a little warm up.  That is until

 the next winter front hits us, but for now, the warm weather 

will be really appreciated. We have been so used to living

 in warm climate that all we can focus on is how cold it is.

Arvid is happy to be back homme eating "good food"

 as he keeps saying.  I guess that he did not have much 

of that in Norway, especially since he does not cook 🍕.  

Eating out is OK, but for a prolonged period it's awful.

Arvid is still a little jet lagged, but every day catching 

up a little more.  He  tired a little easier/faster these days, 

but under everything that he's been through, only natural. 

 As he says, "soon he will be in ship shape again."

To all a happy start of the weekend. The sun is peeking out 

so that is always a good sign for better things coming.

You may not control all the events that happen to you,

 but you can decide not to be reduced by them...

Sunday November 14th~

 Quiet people have the loudest minds...

The morning is quiet.  The waterways are still and peaceful.

Not a soul is out as yet.  I can hear the quietness 💛

Today no rain in the forecast.  It's all clear blue skies.

There is a beautiful pool here in the complex, but since

 we have been here it's hardly been used.  On the other

 hand, there is not that many people here as yet.

Yesterday I was officially introduced to Snowflake,

 the resident kitty that lives here.  Like my PR kitties, 

she was at one time feral, but today she is just a sweet 

loving girl.  She reminded me of my Spitfire💗

Every other day Sniff gets delivery from Chewy.  Arvid

 does the heavy lifting if he's not busy running around.

Yesterday Rima and family left the Golden State (California).  

They are on their way back to the East Coast and could not be 

any happier.  For the next week or so they will be travelling around

 in an RV.  Happy as can be.  Rima is always a happy person 💚

It's strange.  Rima's dream place was California.  After 

living there for a little over five years they realized 

that though it was good while they were there,

 home is the East Coast.  Closer to family.

Sniff is enjoying being back home.  He's relaxed and has 

found many good spots to have naps.  Today it was the fresh

 laundry that called to him.  He loves the warmth of it.
