Sunday October 5th~

 Always remember that you are absolutely 
unique. Just like everyone else...

Yesterday Arvid and I went to the movies.  As you

 know I love going to the movies, and I have noticed that 

Arvid likes it as well.  Always such a fun outing.

I love going to IMAx, a totally different experience.  

The movie was way too long.  It could have been 

shortened quite a bit; at least that's what we both

 thought.  Was it good?  Was okay to a point

 but then wasn't.  Just too long for us.

A cooler morning here.  Arvid likes to call it fresh,

 and it is. Sniff and I have been up for a while now.  

He's been fed as have the birdies and squirrels.

To all a very good day. Let's not forget that every person 

has a story you/we know nothing about, so be kind.

Wednesday December 4th~

There are so many great things 

in life; why dwell on negativity...

 No need to be cold when I have a perfect heating bed. 

 And that my friends is what Sniff is doing on this cold

 Florida winter day.  He's staying nice and toasty.

It seems as if the cold weather makes these Fort Myers 

sunsets even more spectacular.  This was taken during our walk.

Yesterday I had two doctor appointments. I had to leave

 home very early, and it was freezing cold.  Reminded me of 

being back in Branson when we had to get up early and be 

at work aka Almost Home.  I sure do not miss those days.

Waking up to very cold temperatures again 44F (6C).  This is 

getting to be a little too much now, this after all is Florida, not 

Norway, not Branson.  Thankfully Sniff is warm on his bed.

Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, 

while loving someone deeply gives you courage...

Thursday October 23rd~

Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries 

or predecessors. Try to be better than yourself...

It felt so good to have a few hours to myself.  It reminded

 me of the time I had in August.  I really miss doing so many 

things like I did, but yesterday gave me a little feel of it again.  

While Arvid was busy doing his thing, I did mine.  Both happy.

Over the weekend Arvid and I decided we would take a day 

off working in the house and head to Fort Lauderdale. We looked

 at each other and at the same time we both said, "but we're not 

spending the night."  The truth be told we would both rather 

come back home after taking care of what we need to.

As Arvid did what he wanted I checked out a few places

 that I like.  Of course we also ended up at the Swap Shop where 

I always get fresh coconuts and some hard to find tropical fruit.

 By the time we were done with all we had to do, there was no

 time left to go to the Norwegian store. Next time it will be.

We always go to lunch at Houston's.  One of our 

favorite restaurant.  The food is extremely good and 

the views are not too shabby either.  Makes for a relaxing 

time before heading back home to Sniff.  Sniff is home.

On our way home the sun was already setting.  It's 

very difficult to get a picture when the car is moving fast.  

When Arvid drives he just drives, he said he just wanted 

to get back home.  We both did, but still I tried.

It was a good day.  Good to do something different 

than just work, but today we are back to the house

 taking care of business.  To all a good day.

  Sniff is getting ready for Halloween.  

My mama always said, life is like a box of 

chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get...
