Saturday June 27th~

There is no place like home. Home 

is where my habits have a habitat..

One guess as to where we are?  Yup! We are back 

home in Fort Myers.  There is no place like home.  We 

love going to other places, but  we love it more when we 

go home.  Back to looking at Legacy Marina taking shape, 

and yes, that is our building.  Nowhere like HOME!

I hope to see Legacy today.  Hope she and 

Newbie are doing okay.  I already got foodies 

and my bag of goodies prepared for them.

Sniff has already reacquainted himself with 

his familiar spots.  Sniff is a good boy.  He adapts

 to every place within minutes. Love my Sniff.

It will be a busy morning here, but a good one.

  To all a very good day.  Morning is here.

I’ve found that the first thirty minutes of 

my day have the biggest impact on how I 

feel for the rest of my waking hours...

Sunday February 23rd~

Don’t wait around for other people to

 be happy for you. Any happiness you 

get you’ve got to make yourself... 

Goes without saying that the day is filled with many

 soccer games.  I have no idea how it is that Arvid is 

not exhausted by the end of the day.  If I watched this

 much TV I would hardly be able to keep my eyes open. 

 We're all different. That isn't to say that Arvid does 

not take short naps during the games.  He does 😂

Sniff is not acting like is usual self.  He's not 

eating and he is puking.  Of course I am worried.  

These last few days he even gets out of bed late.  Even

 later than Arvid😕.  Not his "normal" behaviour.

I woke up later than usual today.  Happy about that.  

Instead of getting out of bed at 4am I stayed put until 7 am.  

Feels so very good to have had some sleep.  Now ready 

for the day and whatever it brings.  Sundays are 

usually pretty "slow"  relaxing days.

New Week~ Monday February 10th

 Today is a new beginning. Take a
 deep breath, smile, and start again...

And the winning team of Super Bowl LIX are 

the Philadelphia Eagles.  Congrats Eagles fans.

Woke up to another beautiful morning. 

 Perfect way to start the new week.

Sniff wakes up early with me, but 

after eating goes strasing back to sleeping.

Yesterday Arvid and I tried out a new restaurant here in

 the downtown area called Sip and Sizzle.  Sip and Sizzle 

where you grill your food on a hot stone.  Was interesting.

After dinner we heard a little music and ended up 

at our favorite ice-cream spot.  Love Boat Ice Cream

As the new week begins, it's looking a little less hectic 

than the ones before, but the day is still young and Arvid

 is still groggy from sleep.  That most likely will change 

and fast.  Like I always say, we thrive when busy.

It's not whether you get knocked

 down, it's whether you get up...
