February 3rd ~

 You don't need to be perfect together, 

you just need to be happy together...

To hear Arvid say, "I miss Sniff" filled my heart with

 happiness.  Arvid loved Brutus, and only Brutus, and he

 never would hesitate to say he misses him, but it is not

 often I have heard him say the same of Sniff.  

He loves Sniff, but he would say, "Brutus was 

special."  That's why, Arvid saying, "I miss Sniff" 

made me so happy.  Sniff makes me happy.

Good morning everyone.  Let's not forget that it is 

not just about the life lost, but also  the life lived.

I talked to Arvid early this morning.  It was just 4am

 my time, but already 11am where he is.  He didn't sound

 good.  He has the flu, and he gets it bad.  He told me 

he felt lost without me.  He didn't sound good at all. 

 I wish I could have been there with him right now.

Without my cat my house would probably

 be cleaner, and I'd probably have more money,

 but my heart...my heart would be empty...

Sunday ~

All good things must come to an end.  For now... 

I can feel it.  Our time in Puerto Rico is coming to an end. 

 I know once Arvid goes back home to Florida that will do it. 

 He will come back and I'm very sure we will then leave 

Puerto Rico not long after.  I do want to go home, but at the 

same time I worry about the kitties I have been feeding. 

 I don't know what will become of them.  While here at

 least I know they have some food.  I can't save the world.  

That's what Arvid keeps telling me.  Not only 

because of the kitties, but so much more.  

For now I will do all I can for them.  They live

 in the wild.  They survived before I came into the 

picture, hopefully they will continue to do so 🙏

For now I enjoy morning walks because I get to 

see them,  and evening walks with Arvid because

 once again we see some of the newbies and of

course there is always food with me for them.

The above is Pooper.  He is sitting below our balcony in

 the neighbors yard waiting for me to throw him some

 chicken.  I did and he ate it all.  he's happy I'm happy.

I am happy for these days we have in Puerto Rico.

The value of things is not the time they last, but the

 intensity with which they occur.  That is why there are

 unforgettable moments and unique people...

Saturday December 5th~

 What I like about photographs is that they capture a 
moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce...

Earlier this week Arvid and I made a new furry friend. 

 For some reason he choose to come to our table and no 

one else's.  He sat quietly under the table, every so often 

rubbing against Arvid's legs.  We enjoyed this outing even 

more because of our furry friend. and yes he ate very well.

He was patient.  Never moved never cried just

 stared at us with those big eyes.  We are suckers for kitties.

  Both of us.  He was adorable and I named him little head.

  Arvid and I checked out a new place.  Not far from us.

 All open spaces, exactly what we liked.  Thanks to

 my sister Nirvana for telling us about it.  

She, J and Kimsy were there a few days before us,

 I saw the pictures and knew we had to check it out.

 Sure looking forward to soon going back. 

I just happen to like this bridge.  Not famous or anything.

Arvid, Sniff and I are having a great time in this beautiful island.

Everyday we tell ourselves how lucky we are to be living here.

Not sure what the day old, but whatever it is, I am

 grateful. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Saturday. 

 Enjoy with your loved ones, at the same time keep your

 distance.  Covid-19 does not discriminate 😷.
