I feel sexy when I get out of the hot tub - your skin is fresh and you've put up your hair without looking...

Nothing relaxes the body more than a nice hot soak in a hot tub on a cold almost winter day.

Arvid says his body is now aching because of the cold.  Well all it took was a nice long soak in the hot tub and he was almost as new as before.  He sure knows how to relax.  He almost fell asleep!

I know that both he and I are ready to back to the warm climate.  Brutus also:)

So far our day has been pretty relaxing.  After a workout in the gym, there was quite a few loads of laundry that needed to be done.

Tonight starts the new season for all of our favorite shows.  We are happy!

I take  baths all the time. I'll put on some music and burn some incense and just sit in the tub and think, Wow, life is great right now...

Any Given Day....

There is more to life than increasing its speed...

Arvid and I have come a long way.  There was a time when our life was focused on business, business and more business.  That was good, but today our life is better.  We continue to foucus on business, today we have the time to do things leisurely and to just enjoy each other's company and the little things that make such a big difference in our quality of life.  With just Brutus to worry about, we are completely at peace, and content with our life.  Like everyone, we do have things we worry about, but just knowing we have each other and that we can count on each other makes it better and doable.  We have made a promise to each other to never allow anyone to disrupt our life nor the peace and harmony we have found with each other...worth it.  On any given day we have each other and it's enough....

Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer....
