Sky Blue Fluffer Slusher...

I have more healthy cravings than my normal eating habits, like I crave fruit and cold things like smoothie...

Just think, a warm summer day.  The ocean breeze is blowing all is good in the universe. Perfect time to sit back, relax and enjoy one of your favorite smoothies.  Just remember the time to relax is when you don't have time for it.  Give your stress wings and let it fly away, while you savor a another delicious drink!

Recipe

1 package (4 - serving size) berry blue gelatin
1 cup very cold water
2 cups crushed ice
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
4 maraschino-cherries (optional)

1.  Dissolve gelatin in cold water in a medium bowl.
2.  Combine gelatin mixture, crushed ice and marshmallow creme in blender.  Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until mixture is slushy.
3.  Pour into chilled glasses.  Sprinkle each serving with mini marshmallows and top with a cherry, if desired.

I love cherries so for me that is a must.  The marshmallows I can skip, but never the cherries.  Like I have mentioned before, these smoothies are easy to make and the ingredients are very easy to come by.
Enjoy!

Soy Milk Smoothie...

A strawberry-banana smoothie by any other name would smell as sweet...

Another cool and delicious  drink to kick start your day.
Soy milk is used to make soups, sauces, yogurt, sorbets, ice creams, puddings, beverages and pastries and is a beverage made from soybeans

Soy Milk Smoothie

3 cups plain or vanilla soy milk.
1 banana, peeled and frozen

banana smoothie
(Tip: peel and cut banana into large chunks. Place in plastic freezer bag, seal and freeze at least 5 to 6 hours or overnight)

1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or almond extract
1/2 cup Equal
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
You can use sugar instead of sweetener.  That's what I do.  I prefer brown organic sugar.

add blueberries for an
antioxidant boost
You can add any variation to this recipe to jazz it up.  Add your favorite berries or other fruit to change the flavors around a bit.  Either way you will have a nutritious and delicious drink.
ENJOY!
