As the new week begins there is calm in our household.
There are days my calm and peace are broken, but then
I will call one of my sisters and for a while I'm back
to being OK. Nothing is more calming than to hear
my mom reassure us that everything is going to be
alright. I think that's when I am most scared.
I cannot forget to share a lit of Florida's humor.
Arvid and I went to the movies over the
weekend. We could have streamed it, but so
much better to go and see it on the big screen.
One of the best moments of game 5 of the Stanley Cup
playoffs was when an Oiler fan just could not take the
beating his team was getting. He switched teams right
there. Removing his Oilers jersey and showing his
Panther jersey. Epic moment in the game.
Game 6 is tomorrow night. Panthers play at home, and
hopefully this is the last game of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Arvid and I had a very good outing yesterday.
Perfect weather and today is looking just fine as well.
May the new week be a good one to all of us. Our
mom has a lot going on. As always my thoughts are never
far from her and my dad. No matter what we do in our
daily lives, in the back of my mind I can't hep but think of
them and all they have going on right now. Our mother
is the strongest most positive woman I know.
Life becomes more meaningful when
you realize the simple fact that you’ll
never get the same moment twice...
