Happiness is the relief after extreme tension...
Everyday I see David, Jackson his dog and Charley,
but I have not seen them since Monday. Of course I
but I have not seen them since Monday. Of course I
am worried and I have been debating and debating
whether to text David just to make sure they are ok.
Of course Arvid said it’s none of my business
and to not “put your nose” in other people’s business.
That more than anything made the decision for me. So
yesterday I finally gave in and texted David just telling
him I was worried because I have not seen them
in a few days. After all we bonded over Oliver.
Imagine my relief when he texted right back,
first thanking me but also letting me know that he
and Jackson are visiting family and that Charley
is home being cared for by a friend of his.
The relief I felt was palpable. Of course
Arvid still believes I should mind my own business,
but the good thing is I don’t do what Arvid says.
Yesterday evening Arvid and I checked out
a very popular place not far from us called
Lake Vibez formerly known as Area 71.
It is an actual gas station transformed into something
of a nightlife spot. It has a full bar and a decent size menu,
a convenience store, video games, plus tee-shirts and
souvenirs. Live music and an upbeat ambiance.
Classic Rock and some Funk. Overall it was a very
good and entertaining evening. They also make
all sorts of cocktails. I felt right at home.
I see it advertised so much on social media so was
happy we checked it out. One of the reviews on Google:
Area71 in Branson is a popular spot known for its great burgers
and friendly service. We did not have dinner, but I sure
can't resist fries. We both thought it was very good.
There was also a wedding party. A late wedding
celebration of friends who were not present at the ceremony.
The drinks were flowing and the people were happy. They
also shared the cake with me. We had a good time.
fed, as is Sniff. Not to watch them eat and enjoy
the morning. Happy Saturday to everyone.
A positive day begins with a positive mind...
