It’s not about how much you have. Rather,
happiness is making the most of what you have...
On not such a good note for beachgoers everywhere, South
Florida beaches are currently experiencing a significant amount
of Sargassum seaweed, with thick piles washing ashore.
While the algae are a natural part of the marine ecosystem,
these massive blooms pile up on the sand and release
a potent, rotten-egg smell as they decompose.
Reports of "tsunamis" of seaweed are stretching
across the coast, from the Florida Keys up to Miami Beach,
Fort Lauderdale, and Pompano Beach. One year when
we lived in Puerto Rico we experienced this as well.
What a horrible smell to be around. Living in Florida
is never boring. Expect the unexpected😎
Arvid and I had lunch out then we decided to
go for a little drive. On this drive we saw deers, but
of course there was a car behind us so all I was able
to do was get one picture. But it was a family of 3.
Sniff is back to being a difficult eater.
He is not eating any of his soft food and I have
several different ones he can choose from.

Not sure if it was the heat or the running
around but by late afternoon the three of us were
beat. Arvid and Sniff dozed off for a while. For a
change, I didn’t 😂. Friday. I really don’t feel like
cooking. But it’s still early in the day so that
will change. Now to enjoy my cafe, Sniff
and the birds while Arvid is still asleep.
