The magic thing about home
is that it feels good to leave, and it
feels even better to come back...
Soon we will be heading back home to Florida
that means lots of cleaning and checking what we
have in the fridge and freezer. Don’t want to leave
anything in the fridge if we can help it. Never know
if you will lose power. The other night we lost
power for 2 hours. Thankfully nothing went bad
in the fridge nor in freezer. Was a good day.
I started cleaning and before you know it there
was stuff everywhere. The place looked like it
was bombed. I made more work for myself,
luckily I had a good breakfast to keep me going.
The birds came all day long. Fatboy eats non
stop. Sniff watched until he was exhausted. He then
went to his bed by the window and slept soundly.
Overall it was a fairly quiet day. Don’t go out
anywhere. The three of us watched a few soccer
games. The highlight being Norway vs Iraq.
Norway dominated Iraq all the way.
We also watched the Messi/Argentina game.
This game was played in Kansas City, Missouri.
Argentina star Lionel Messi scored his 14th, 15th and
16th World Cup goals in last night's win. Messi, also
became the first man to play at six World Cups.
The more difficult the victory,
the greater the happiness in winning...
