Life ~ New Week

The man who has confidence in
himself gains the confidence of others...

The squirrel is driving me crazy πŸ˜‚.  He eats all
the food and no matter what I do, he finds a way to
sneak up the feeders and gobble up the food.

Yesterday I caught him doing it again.  I ran down
the slope as fast as I could.  I only slipped one timeπŸ˜….
I cleared some limbs from this really prickly tree and in
the process I must have pulled a muscle in my shoulder.

Now of course I hurt, but I feel ok because the
squirrel has not been able to get to the feeder as yet.
My fingers are covered with thorns and splinters, but I will
live 😊  I like the little squirrel, I even buy squirrel food,
but he is intent on eating the birdies foodies as well.

Sniff is doing good. The weather is beautiful and though
busy, life is full of wonder and all things beautiful.

Wishing everyone a good day. Enjoy your life. Live it.
No matter what your circumnavigate, don’t wait for “better”
times.  These are your better times. After all you are alive πŸ₯°

Three things you shouldn’t lose this week; your faith,
your courage, and your smile. Happy new week....

πŸ™ˆ Wednesday October 27th ~

Strong women aren't born that way.  Life
throws at them curves, but they learn how to
walk through storms and become stronger...

Yesterday I met with my sister Nirvan for lunch.
We met halfway. Just the two of us.  Very relaxing,
and good. We went to Luquillo.  We both had
the entire red snapper with garlic sauce.

I walked  around a bit checking out the many kiosks
hoping to maybe find something I would like to buy.
No luck I’m not one for anything that advertises
anything on my T-shirts’ or anything else.

On my way back, somehow I managed to hurt my
knee without falling or hitting it on anything πŸ˜…

Everyday is not always perfect, but at the
same time there is something always to look
forward to in each new day. Always. Always

Arvid went for our afternoon walk alone πŸ˜” but
I stayed in watched reruns of Law and Order on TV,
and hung out with Sniff not a bad time.

Sometimes my mind strays, the tears flow, but I
remind myself that life goes on and we have to keep
moving forward always.  Some days are just a little
more difficult, but it’s life and life goes on.

The last time I saw you plays over and over in my head...

Friday October 15th ~

 Do  something creative everyday...

Yesterday I got the flu shot, and after that I spent
the rest of the evening having chills and freezing
🀨, today I’m better.  The things your body goes
through just so that you can “feel” better.

It has rained a lot and it will continue to rain
more. Last year October the weather was so
perfect, warm days and cooler nights.

It has “cooled” down a few degrees, but still warm.
This meme/post about Florida expresses it to a T.
Just one degree less and we’re grateful.
Makes it seem so much cooler.

All this talk about climate change πŸ˜€, it would
be nice if Puerto Rico had a winter and Florida also.
Could be a good change, just not a permanent one πŸ™ƒ

I’ve been watching too much television lately.
Streaming is taking over a lot of my time lately.  Keeps
my focus occupied for those hours otherwise my
mind wanders to not so pleasant places.

Friday.  So far no rain as yet πŸ™, some balcony time
and my delicious sangria de parcha   Yes even on a rainy
day there is always something good to look forward to.
Somehow Friday's mean slowing down a bit.  On the
other hand, it's not like we're doing that much either.

Halfway into October  time is sure flying by.  Before
you know it, it’s Halloween, then Thanksgiving
and Christmas  Suddenly 2021 is coming to
an end.  For now have a great day  enjoy the
start of the weekend and be happy.

Your life is a good as your mindset...
