By taking care of myself I have so much more to offer
the world than I do when I am running on empty...
It's been a few years since we were last here in Gdańsk.
Feels good to be back enjoying a few days with Arvid's brother
and girlfriend. We always have a good time together.
There will be a lot of Tyskie going around. I don't
drink beer so will have to find me something tropical,
fruity and on the sweeter side. If that fails there is
always coffee or Pepsi. I don't mind either.
Also breakfast is always on the healthy side so whatever
we do the rest of the day does not make one feel so "guilty"
Happy to be having some "work free" days.
Looking forward to another fun filled day.
Keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly,
keep smiling, because life's a beautiful thing and there's so much to
smile about. The ending of today starts the beginning of tomorrow...
