In winter, my favorite cardio workout is
running from the car to the warm indoors...
From our balcony, nice and "warm" while most places are in
a bad winter freeze. Feels good right now to be in Florida.
Good morning to all. We expect a warmer day,
but rain is also predicted. At least it's warm.

Yesterday we sure had a soaking. More coming today
and the next few days. Definitely not the best. Mom and
I went out yesterday and we got soaked. No fun at all.
We live in Lee County, and many parts are flooded.
It's a wonderful thing to be optimistic.
It keeps you healthy and it keeps you resilient...
