Happiness is not something ready
made it comes from your own actions...
I have seen happiness and I have seen love, and this is what it looks like.
Wer arrived yesterday in Norway. We went to Arvid's mom,
and then to Michelle's. As soon as the door opened we saw
these two faces. Before I knew what was going on Aleah
jumped on me and wrapped her legs around my waist,
and I had the best hug I have had in a very long time.
A long hug. It felt so good. I adore these two little girls,
but being far away sometimes that feeling does not come
across to them on Skype. I can't speak the language, but being
right next to them. A whole different story. You don't
need so many words to show love and to feel love.
Any misgivings I have about Norway just left. These
two make it worth every second. Of course we
love seeing everyone as well, but these faces.
How can you not just LOVE this?
Happy days are here and the weather could
not be any better. Loving it right now. And we
did have our first hot dog as we landed.
Wishing everyone a great day. Today we all get
together, and as a special treat we get to see Aleah
dance in the public square. Lots of fun today.
Life is so much better when you're laughing...
