To say it was a beautiful summer would not begin to
explain it. Summer's lease hath all too short a date...
Yesterday was my last day of living it up as a
single woman. It’s been a great summer for me and
now it comes to a close, at least the single part.

No more doing what I want when I want. As of
today it’s back to having routines. Routines are not bad,
but neither is the other way. Back to having a structured
life. I enjoyed it while it lasted and hopefully
next summer I will be able to do the same🙏.
Yesterday I revisited a few of my favorite places.
I had lunch at the Thai restaurant I went to before. I
had the same thing as before the pad Thai noodles and
ginger salad. Always delicious. I am a creature of habit.
I then went once again to Iguana Mia for that so
very yummy margarita. Like I’ve said before, their
margarita made a believer out of me. The chips and
salsa were also very delicious. And I have no regrets.
Before the day was over I kept telling myself
I won’t do it, but the pull of Joe’s Crab Shack and
their tropical drinks was too much to ignore. As I see it,
more glasses to add to my already growing collection.
My excuse is that they are so close to us.
Less than a five minute walk. It would have
been terrible of me if I didn’t go back one last time
and have me another Jamaican Me Thirsty.
Arvid says he’s not a fan of Joe’s restaurant.
All I can say is that I like it. Love all their drinks.
I now have a collection of glasses from them 😂
Also yesterday I indulged in apple pie and
ice-cream. Sure didn’t need the calories, but
boy it sure was delicious. No regrets.
Sniff and I have had some very relaxing and
stress free weeks. We did it our way and
in a few hours that will change a bit.
I have had the most amazing summer. San Francisco
was one of the best times I have ever had, and I believe it
was made better because I did it with friends. If I can
I would do it all over again. There is always next
summer. And many places to choose.
Today we clean and make everything tidy.
Making sure everything is in its "proper" place🤣
