You never really learn much from hearing yourself speak...
Yesterday I spent most of the morning cleaning
the house. Hopefully one day my parents will come back.
It was an extremely hot day, and with a bad knee it took me
longer than usual. I went alone, by choice. The day before
Arvid did his part in the garage, so then it was my turn. My
favorite part of the drive to the house is the entrance.
Yesterday was also like our Sunday. We had our outing
because today Arvid watches the final in the FIFA World Cup.
I asked ChatGPT who the odds favored so that I can decide
on who to bet on today with Arvid. As we all know,
artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the world
The timing of the finals today just happens to
coincide with the time of our outing. Though it was
hot yesterday, we still managed to dine outdoors. The
location is on the water by a marina so there
was always a breeze coming our way.
As usual the food was delicious as were the
drinks. After lunch Arvid asked if I would like
to go somewhere else and have another drink.
It was a beautiful day so why not.
We went to another place close to home and
also on the water. From this restaurant we can
see our building. I had most of my drink. It was a
bit too strong. Arvid had a few. Was a good outing.
Back home the three of us watched a movie,
had some popcorn and enjoyed another beautiful
sunset. They sure are very pretty right now.
Today taking it easy. I don’t feel like cooking so
maybe I will take Arvid downtown for pizza. We have
not had it since getting back home, and it’s a must.
