Sisters function as safety
nets in a chaotic world simply
by being there for each other...
Yesterday Mala came for a visit to Fort Myers.
She will be staying for a few days with mom
and dad and then with me. So very excited.
Have not seen her in ten long months.
Mala lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. She
was close to mom and dad, when they lived in
North Carolina, now we are close to them.
I picked her up and we went to mom and
dad’s for lunch. Arvid had soccer games so he
stayed home. I made him lunch before leaving
as well. Wildlife always taken care of
The heat is unbearable and combined with the
heat index just being in it for a short period
wears you out completely. It is so HOT.
Nina and david are back in Florida. As always they
were greeted by their "pet" gator in their pond, and now she
has all these beautiful deers just hanging out in her backyard.
So jealous. They are here for ten days and will be coming
to Fort Myers today. Today Arvid and I take everyone
out to lunch at our favorite Puerto Rican restaurant.
I would go there just for the drinks. The best.
Sniff is good. He's being a big boy and sleeps on
his own bed. He still loves to "steal" Arvid's chair
in the evenings. Since i am in the bedroom watching
TV shows I like, Arvid just sits on my side.
