Don't Ask...

I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you...

The sayer of the quote is warning the listener that, if asked difficult questions, he will lie. If the listener does not want lies, dont ask the question....

Beware if you plan of telling a lie because as they say, don't lie to me, unless you're absolutely sure I'll never find out the truth.  Lying is done with words and also with silence.
