One Of Those Days ~ November 4th

 Take a deep breath.  It's just a bad day, not a bad life,
And in my heart there stirs a quiet pain...❥💔

Some days are not as easy as others, but it's life
 and it will get better.  My thoughts are my worst enemy

 and today it's taking me to places I rather it won't.

We all have our demons and we all deal with them 
whichever way works best for us.  I try not to get too moped 

out, but it's not always so easy.  Easier said than done, but 

you keep moving forward and do the best you can. 

For all the blessings of your life, be always grateful...
