Tuesday In Puerto Rico ~

Happiness is taking pictures and making memories..

 There are so many things I love about mornings.

  In Puerto Rico I love my morning walks, and the fact

 that I get to watch the sunrise just about everyday. 

 I also get to see my feral kitties and feed them all 

of this while enjoying the beautiful sights and fresh air. 

 I am definitely in Paradise. Grateful and thankful.

There has been some rain just about everyday.  If I'm lucky,

 it falls early in the morning before I have to go walking.

  Unfortunately, lately I have not been so very lucky.

The other day Arvid and I were out having lunch and

 after each customer leaves the tables, chairs everything 

 are always cleaned.  But that day we say that the waiter had 

a batter operated bottle filled with alcohol to spray everything

 down. Was the coolest thing.  We stayed back to watch.

Here in Puerto Rico life sure is interesting.  Always 

something going on, and for those who know Arvid and I,

 there is never a moment when we are not staying busy.

Tuesday already.  Whatever the day holds, do it with a smile.

This is just thrown in there as food for thought.

  A friend posted it, and it made me laugh, yet it's not funny.

Here in Puerto Rico it is a sunny day.  Very warm also.

Christmas in the tropics, it sure is a happy time of the year.

Make sure your life is full of happy memories to the end..

Hello New Week ~

Silence is true wisdom’s best reply...

Our week began really good.  First of All Reshma 

made it safely to Australia.  After days of travelling

 and some sightseeing, she's "home"  Home for the next

 4 months.  A sigh of relief was breathed by all of us.  

Our "little" girl is safe.  We are happy again.

She already has an Australian number.

Yesterday we too our two granddaughters to the Miami Zoo.  

I really love zoos.  The girls loved the squirrels best.

Monday began really well.  After breakfast we

 enjoyed some time on the balcony. It was nice and quiet 

on the waterways not many boats passing by today.

  It was the perfect way to start our day.

Making our day even better we went for a drive to Miami Beach.

Work and some fun times combined in one.  Love it.

To all a great start of the week. 

 It's looking to be a good one here.

Monday Again ~

Life offers you so many doors, it is up to

 you which to open and which one to close...

Another great way to see any city. 

 Just Hop on Hop off wherever you want.

Yesterday was the last day of the Lollapalooza Festival.

 The crowd should now be less and the streets more

 walkable.  Like with all huge festivals, there

 were some altercations involving the police.

Rapper Travis Scott charged with disorderly conduct

 after festival set gets shut down in five minutes.

My favorite part of the festival is when it's about to end.

  Then the city puts on an amazing show of fireworks. 

 No matter where you are, it's a spectacle.  From

 our balcony this is what we see. Not too bad.

If your're in the city walking around, this is what you see:

Either place, you have an amazing view of them.

A new week begins, and it's looking good.  Chicago 

is beautiful, but I miss having my car.  Here we have

 no car.  Everything we do and everywhere we go we

 walk.  Not bad, but I miss driving off on my own. 

For me everyday is good because I have Arvid and 

Sniff right next to me. Whatever the mind of man 

can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

I have learned over the years that when 

one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear...
