Arvid and I met up with his buddies/friends from his trade
group in Fort Lauderdale. Arvid loves to trade so when he
heard about this meeting some two months ago, I knew
right away that we would be going. Was happy as well.
We got in on Thursday evening and met everyone in this
really cool rooftop pool and lounge. Being Florida it
was a bit hot at the start, but then it got better.
Very cool spot, and the drinks were definitely delicious.
I liked it, but Arvid said it was a little to hot for him.
Afterwards Arvid and I moved on to another location for
another drink and something to eat. The evening was
beautiful. Arvid was a little taken back that his gin
and tonic was orange, but he said it tasted good.
Yesterday I had the entire day to myself. Loved it, and I had
the opportunity to have a leisure meal without rushing. Was
very good. Of course I went Indian. Nothing tastes better
than Indian food. I am Indian after all so a little biased.

Sniff is happy we're home and he made sure we knew it by
meowing all morning long and jumping on and off from the bed.
Home sweet home. A good day to all, there's no place like home.

Friday night's art walk in Downtown Fort Myers, the community
came together for the survivors and fighters of breast cancer.
Life's not about how hard of a hit you can give… it's about
how many you can take, and still keep moving forward...
