Don't get caught up in other people's expectations.
Don't take anything for granted, either...
Seeing mom and dad again sure makes my heart happy,
and it sure made it even happier to see Rima, (again)
and it sure made it even happier to see Rima, (again)
George and Mala. Very good and happy surprise.
Being in North Carolina at their home I can fully understand
why it would be so difficult to leave. Nothing to do with
why it would be so difficult to leave. Nothing to do with
the enormousness of the house, but more to do with the
serenity and peacefulness of the surroundings.
My sisters and their families we all find this to be the most
relaxing of places. It's where we all go when we need to tune out
from our crazy lifestyles for a few days. It's heaven on earth.
After a few days we are ready to tackle the world again.
For the next couple of days we relax and just spend quality time
with my parents. Everyday I know how fortunate we are to have this
opportunity to spend time with them. I never take it for granted.
The depth of the love of parents for their children cannot
be measured. It is like no other relationship. It exceeds concern
for life itself. The love of a parent for a child is continuous
and transcends heartbreak and disappointment...
