May the lazy days of summer be
filled with relaxation and peace...
filled with relaxation and peace...
The truth be told the days just stretch on without
much to do. Arvid does do a few things here and
there, but for me it is mostly long days with not much
to do, but taking pictures sure makes me feel better.
I just love my mornings and my sunrises.
I am not going to say I am bored. My mornings
are very good. I am up early with Sniff. Get the birds
their food and water. Same for Squirrel. Then I'm
on the lookout for Oliver. It makes me happy
to know that they are all fed and happy.

Oliver is back to wearing a flea collar. I have also
bought him a dry food bowl and a water bowl. Now I
have two water bowls around the property. Hopefully
no one removes them. Makes me feel good.
Arvid and I watch a few episodes of whatever
Netflix show we have going on at the time. Last night
Roger invited us to listen to live music. No matter
where we go with Roger, there are always more
people involved. He knows just about everyone.
The music was a mix of everything, except Karaoke 🙏
One of the best pat of the evening was when the band
played some Country Western music and many of the
older couples got up to dance. One gentleman was even
singing the song to his wife. I loved that moment.
Arvid and I enjoyed a pleasant evening with Roger.
When it was over Arvid said to me, "I so look forward
to hearing some real Blues music soon." We have a
few concerts in the works. Good morning and a very
good day to all. Morning is here and it's soon time
for my furry friends to come out of "hiding."
Deep summer is when
laziness finds respectability...
