St. Patrick's Day, celebrated on 17 March. It is named after Saint Patrick, the most commonly recognized of the patron saints of Ireland.
The day generally involves public parades and festivals, ceilithe (social gathering), and wearing of green attire or shamrocks.
Arvid and I will be in Savannah, Georgia where the celebration seems to be one of the biggest.

Just started our road trip and arvid is like a kid with candy. Happy happy smiling and just totally relaxed. Yes road trips suit us:). Of course he had a five (goodbye) minutes with Brutus. Brutus sad but we will be back fast.

Finally here. Had a great trip so far. Now Arvid has to elevate his leg a bit then out for a nice dinner and to do some exploring together. Tomorrow I do more:)
