Food Benefits...

To insure good health eat lightly, breathe deeply,
live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness and
maintain an interest in life....

Having one of those day where you don't really feel up to anything much?
Well how about if you try some some of these?


I have always loved avocado.  From very little my mom always gave
us avocado.   She loved and still loves it. We just liked the taste of it and
 at that time never realized all the benefits it contains.  For us it tasted good and our 
always bought it.  We ate it.

Today so many benefits are coming out relating to theses foods.  For 
instance avocados are said to be one of the top brain-healthy foods that can help 
prevent Alzheimer's Disease.  Contributes to a  healthy heart,  beneficial toward
 reducing blood pressure protects the eyes from oxidative stress damage leading to 
poor vision, cataracts, and macular degeneration.  As you can see even Brutus agrees.


Living in Florida means there is never a short of avocados.  No matter what store you go 
there is quite a selection to choose from and I always make sure that I have a few at  home.  


I add it to everything.  Even make avocado sandwiches and when I need 
a snack I just have a few pieces until time to eat.  Now just to get Arvid to try it!
