Fun With Danielle...

Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important. Capture the good times.
And if things don't work out, just take another shot...

She makes us laugh all the time.  She even critiqued Arvid's clothes (said it was all right).
She told him his shoes leaves a lot to be desired and that he should seriously consider getting rid
of them.  Arvid listened and all he said was, "you really think so? I do like these shoes though."

The same afternoon Danielle arrived we already went shopping.  Just to spend time
together and chat a bit.  After that the 3 of us went to Houston's one of our favorite
restaurants.  Danielle being Danielle said,"from now on I will wait until someone opens
the door for me."  Vale always opens the door when we go in.  She's just special.

Already Arvid has shown her his stamp collection.  He had done so in Chicago as well, but
Danielle was kidding around with him telling him that people would have to be crazy to trade
for stamps.  After explaining all we can and dd do with the stamps, she had a change of
opinion.  Let's just say that now she sees the potential in his stamp collection.

With her my days are pretty happy.  I am not sad all the time.  She makes me laugh
and think of other things.  She is smart, witty, interesting and has a wicked sense of humor.
She's definitely going places.  She's an assistant editor to a magazine and when we are
not out doing stuff, she has lots of articles, stories and more to edit.

No matter what she's doing she's always happy and positive.  After she leaves us,
Danielle will be heading to London for 3 months.  She already has a job editing plus
is going to be taking 5 classes towards her degree.  One word. AMAZING!!!!!

December 26th Danielle turned 21.  Not sure the world is ready for her, but boy
she has been and is ready!!!!  For Danielle there is no limits to what she can and will do.
The same applies to all my nieces and nephews.  They never take NO for an answer.

The next few days are going to be very good ones.  The last 2 so far have been great.
Yesterday we went to the Hockey Game.  First time for Danielle.  Arvid insisted we should
take her. I love the fact that all three of us are having fun together.  Makes for always good times.

To all a very good day.  Looking forward to another busy day with Danielle.

The best times we've had on earth are usually with those we love...
