Slow down and enjoy life. It's not only the scenery
you miss by going to fast – you also miss the
sense of where you are going and why...
More rain, thunder and lightning in our forecast. Sniff is
scared and does not know what to do. He keeps pacing everywhere,
but always stays close to us. Last night he slept snuggled up to Arvid.
Arvid kept his arms over Sniff and that made him feel safe.
Soccer officially has begun. Arvid has his days already filling up.
After a very late evening out with "the boys" on Friday, Arvid just basically
spent all of yesterday watching soccer I don't think he was feeling that
great. Today should be better, Liverpool plays and that's his team.
I see pictures of Fort Myers on my friends' page daily, and
progress is coming along. Slowly. One of the things Hurricane Ian
could not destroy were those amazing sunsets as pictured below.
Not sure what our day holds. Lots of soccer for sure, other than that
is is wide open. No working at Almost Home today, but tomorrow I
will be in for a few hours and on Tuesday. Very happy to do this.

The morning is good because we remember that no
matter what went wrong the previous days, we just got a
perfect opportunity to rewrite history and do better....
